Overall it's Good but my Manager and Team Members Harassing me time and again as well as got a show cause notice from HR and HR Director. Hope I can explain my concerns to them today else they said Disciplinary Action will be taken against me!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Organization Needs to Change My Manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
Satisfactorily completing the Work on Time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Empathetic towards every Colleague and Me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular Promotions and Year on Year Appraisals. Variable Pay and Rewards and Recognition of the Job I am doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change my Manager and Give Charge to a Better Person who will give promotions and appraisals on time and get everyone in the team recognized in the Organization for their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No Promotion or Decent Hike even after showing Dedication and Hard Work for 6 and Half Years. Other team members were promoted who came after Me. Is it fair? Where is No Discrimination Policy?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop encouraging gossips across Teams and work for a more productive team by keeping Brainstorming sessions and Inclusivity should be there. No Biases should be there on behalf of Manager or Team Lead. Equal treatment for all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promotions and Year on Year Appraisal which I don't see happening. Lack of Growth and Opportunities. No Abroad Work Opportunities for Indians within the Organization. I am ashamed to be a Conduent Employee in India at Bangalore Location in India. Pay Scale is way Below than Bangalore's cost of Livin
