not good so far. Major major issues is compensation.. old employee will not 50% of market salary when compare to new associated. Conduent not retaining the talent and talent goes out due to salary concern which impact client and business

very very low compensation for old associated .. not even matching 50% of market value. They need to grow salary and appreciation.
