There is an open environment where ideas can be discussed. Most people are aligned to the org goals and work together towards achieving these goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the compensation is not as per industry standards and could be much better. Merit increases are not yearly and in some cases, individuals have not been given a raise for several years. Additionally, bonuses which is a common practice in other orgs aren't provided at all
