Manager help teammates to learn new things and he motivates us to do new task.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no transport allowanceProvided by company when offces are opening.Rs 800 food allowance is not enough in 2022.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is best.very one is helpful and provide proper guidance to complete the project. This is only one thing i like in conduent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to care off shore employees same as on shore. Need Give appraisal time to time. Teammates are good but management is very poor.No salary hike,No holidays, extra work,extra hours...at the end zero increments and zero recognition.but one thing is good conduent is best place for freshers
