I feel very good to have fantastic co-workers, but manager is not so good ( he blow your own trumpet in front of team, but for management keep quite). In past I got opprtunity to work on challanging work, but now a days only routine work. Not providing opportunity to grow in salary and career wise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unfortunately company's and more due to manager almost every one in team left. When there was team of nice folks we use to enjoy a lot while working. we had lot of fun and learning together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No consideration of talent, loyalty and experience. Despite of being continuous top performer 0 hike till now. And manager are not even ready to listen. due to great attrition work load is increasing, single person need to play multiple role, still no one cares.Seems as if they need every one to go
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
some years back company was full of energetic people, now a day almost every one left so can not say much. That time culture was nice, now managers are not good to create a good culture. Still some people genuly tries to help pears and thats very good thing. also CLients of company are cool.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am always top performer, well recognized person in team. My aspiration is to get position up. Seems manager don't care about it. also 0 hike from last 3-4 years. New joiners with less experience are getting more salary than me. A promotion and hike to reflect market standers is a much needed thing
