Since I have joined here I have seen frequent changes is management and policies have changed too often. The company's overall performance hasn't improved over last 5 years. The sales and Product development hasn't done well. Not at all employee centric . Doesn't care about valuable talent leaving.

Work-life balance, equal treatment of employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Already written earlier. Company should focus on bringing in business, develop its employee, give fair compensation, some perks feasible and communicate across levels about the company's inability, if any, in investing in employee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ensure communication at levels about business performance, company's current financial position, invest in learning/certification of employees and most significantly merit corrections or at least match the CTCs of current employees with the market or get them financially equipped to fight inflation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last three years there has been no salary increase even for the performers. This is the reason we are currently witnessing highest level of attrition. While working remotely, company has saved a lot on facilities, but it didn't care to give its employees even the cost of monthly data connection.
