What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a good company to work with and never ever had a such great co workers and the work atmosphere also great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont knw about the CEO and other Leader are doing but i would to say, Kochi Directors are not doing anything to the Employee retain program. They wanted to the run the show and never interested in investing people.. Do a survey in Kochi Healthcare Domain people and find the issues they are facing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not even happy with the Pay what company provides, it seems the leaders doesn't know what in Market rated.. Even though for the last 3 years, there were no Hikes in Kochi. As we know its related to the Covid pandemic for the last two years but how about now.. Its not fair.
