How open the team is to helping each other reach a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of the new leadership team. The cultural changes and really being Conduent proud.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my fingers in different projects. There is never a dull moment and I'm always working on something different.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a standard I don't think that I am paid fairly. With the type of work that I do, and not having consistent raises even though performance reviews are great. There is always a reason why pay raises can't happen or we are freezing, but we see it in other departments.
