
There is abuse of position.
Leadership knowingly under pay employees for their respective job titles. They do everything possible to prevent giving raises and offer no opportunity for growth.
Conduent knowingly under pay employees for their titles. They do everything possible to prevent raises and provide no opportunity for growth. The company would rather hire new employees and pay them what we are asking for than to give us a raise.
There is no "team" work ethic amongst our department. There is abuse of power, employees leave for hours on end. The manager is aware of time cheating and allows it. They cover up for one another when it is brought to any ones attention. This has been going on for years. Ethics does nothing about it
