All are helping each other when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No hike in 3 years itself tells the situation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of the days happy working with Team which is supportive. Sad part is answering many questions from manager to get an approval for my earned leaves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO addressed in 2021 Townhall that there is a hike in salary but employee like me not got hike in salary since 2019(3 Years). I don't understand where it went wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are conflict between HR policy Vs Manager instructions in some areas. It would be great if HR interact with all employees once in 3 months for discussion in group or individual if possible.
