
we are not valued here, i love the work but i want to increase my skill set at the same time, it is not happening here , I am underpaid if i compare it with others but the work life balance is very nice which is holding me in the company. but still every year we are hoping for a fair appraisal.

Work life balance is good, and manager is understanding, compensation wise everything is very bad
Leadership is so much care about company and their employees ,which make conduent a better work place and i am proud to be a conduent employee
We are workinhg with a good state of mind here. Our managers are concern about work they never pressurise us to work. This is a work life balance ethic which this company giving us.
because in last 6.5 years i got 3 appraisal, and every year they never give us a proper appraisal, house rent increase by 10% every year all other expenses also added but salary remain as it is
Our team is good, but all the recent hires are not valueable, i know that may those hired on better packkages but atill we are the old ones who are doing all the quality work and giving them training
My team is trying to work hard and deliver quality work. Even when we were less with the headcounts everyone gave there 100% which is highly commendable. And also i would like to appriciate my manager for this team coordination
If i check the other employed working on same profiles i feel that i am underpaid and there should be salary correction, at the same time there should be fair and yearly appraisals. This bad that every year we have to ask many times regarding when are the appraisals going to happen.
leadership might be good but i a not at all satisfy with the appraisal process, in last 2 years appraisal not happened, there should be a guideline and a proper management for appraisal process as well, whenever we ask our leadership about it they ignore it and never have an answer to provide.
