Overall work experience has been positive. I've been given good opportunities for growth. Challenges also were there. No changes in remuneration for the last 3 years, even though I've been involved in a successful project transition and multiple SBU moves to suit business requirement.

The leadership team is more transparent and tries to involve all the leads in management topics.

1) All are well determined 2) Team unity 3) Well disciplined even being a big team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive and positive environment, People are always engaged. There is also time for mind nourishment and team togetherness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below the market standards. The ones who are hired externally are paid much higher than the ones who get internally promoted/transferred for the same post.
