They give space to people, built trust, happy to help mode, not trying to find fault in each cases, but definitely pitches in whenever its required, Happy faces, Healthy talks, good guidance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i don't feel undervalued, but I strongly disagree on the payroll standards. we have/ had talented people who are planning to leave or left this company only because of the low salary.
