Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

This company will take full juice out of you like juice from sugarcane and will through you. Full year work with 100% dedication and at the time of appraisal only fake ratings are given no salary increments given. Every year inflation rate is going up but not salary.

My team is honest & hardworking. But they are not given increment.

What makes you most happy at work?

Daily interactions with clients and the challenging role which I am into.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Excellent & supportive management. Great place to work and grow. Many learning opportunities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Please avoid being cost cutter on small things like not giving a budget of Team engagement. Even the CSR funds are being collected from employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

First thing Annual increment. Some employees rewarding activates, Company sponsored Team outings, Gifts etc. Employees should be treated valuable. Given some joining goodies to new joiners.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have been given big goals and when we overachieve them, we are not rewarded saying that there is no budget. If we miss any goal everyone comes to panelize but when we'd good no one appreciates.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Give annual appraisal as per the rating. We as Managers are asked to give rating to our team. We have invested our time to rate our team as per their performance. And at the end when team ask for their increment % we don't have an answer. We have been informed that there is no budget for us.
