I do not feel valued at all. During one of the town hall meetings, they mentioned now that they are making money, they need to see how it would be best spent. Sadly, employee retention was not a factor. I bet they got their raises/bonuses though...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise. As mentioned previously, our team hasn't had one in years. I believe my new coworker, that I trained, is making more than me

Not getting a raise does not make me feel appreciated. How can I be excited when my company feels that way about me? I used to feel that way
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates in Indy really helped me out last year when I was by myself. They really pulled together, and kept reaching out to me to see if I needed anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our department hasn't received a raise in a few years. So, more money would be nice. I even received Exceeds manager's expectations and still received nothing. They do not care about retaining employees. We lost so many good ones in the past year because of this.
