Helpful when needed to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sense of teamwork (at least with my group) and helping members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and know how to encourage each other to be strong and keep going.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work load is too big I believe. Health Care Advocates are Claims, Customers Service, Tech Support, Enrollment, Benefits, and a few more that I'm probably missing. That's at the very least 5 different jobs that are usually separate departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like as a Individual Medicare Humana Healthcare Advocate we wear alot of hats and do many jobs but don't get paid like we do. Also it feels like we are bottom of the barrel but we work very hard to help the members and be their Advocate.
