When I joined this company, I had good plans to associate with this organization for longer period of time. I have different opinions now. I no longer want to continue. I am willing to move out of this organization as soon as I get another opportunity, thank you

We can mind our own business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is very nice, friendly and good people. Nobody complains or creates unnecessary buzz. That being nice and good are being taken for granted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid. No increments, no hikes, no monitory benefits during festivals, no additional perks, incentive structure is very poorly made. No annual hikes at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pseudo leadership management needs to be eradicated, hypocritical behaviors of managers should not be tolerated. Doing things for the sake of formality not with full commitment and expecting employees to appreciate it ?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nobody wants to be a part of drudgery. Constant learning should be there. If the job is routine and dull then management should come up with new learing and development ideas where employees are encouraged to be a part of . Nobody wants to hear "we have learning available go learn". Understand!!!!
