team integration is less due to over work and school like environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
fun Fridays , activites and mock drills and dressing , this should be implemented in office , yerly parties and fun activates

No motivation to come or start for work , no excitment to come to work just we need salary and have to work in mind pressure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the cost of living in my city is not at all matching my compensation and the rates are high outside and its so hard to live with this compensation kindly increase it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No work culture and work environment and i feel like a closed box in a cage sometimes and its the opinion of most of my collogues. Please let us work in a cool and pleasant way its like a collage or school environment. freedom at work.
