I did not come here voluntarily. I am not normally using my strongest skills. I became a supervisor in October and have had 3 managers in that time. Changes and improvements are always in progress but never get completed. Work comes in fits and starts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I do get to hear what they say, they seem to care about associates and customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am struggling greatly financially. I like my job, but I don't know how long I can afford to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, creative, and are eager to share their knowledge and experience. This improves everyone and makes great products for our customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More town halls with the business unit VPs, their VPs and their directors. There's a lot of change going on, but the change management is HORRIBLE!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a supervisor, so improving the situation for my direct reports makes me very happy. Opportunities to be creative in my work is a close second.
