I am not currently being paid my worth and the benefits offered to us are not the best.
The competition in the HRS world is broad and the company needs to offer a better compensation package to the employees. Better benefits, better compensation equals better retention.
Better pay, better benefits and better quality of the people you hire to be trained. Those people should have to take some type of test before being hired. The company should not be hiring people who have no computer skills.
