Make you feel like you are a family even though we are all working remotely. They are a great group of folks and make even the newest member of the team feel included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand there are budget issues but at some point as an employer you have to look at giving your employees some type of additional compensation. Not only to keep them driven to keep them working hard but also to keep up with the economy these days. Cost of living at the very least
