Some of my coworkers are promoted to roles they are not fit to fill. The quality of their work shows.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below what I should be making for my position. I should be paid fairly. In Guatemala the salaries for the finance team are below industry average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being able to work from home. I wish they didn't make us go to the office just for going. I like going when there are activities, but going just to fill a quota is not the best use of our commute effort.
