each person is willing to step forward and do over and above what is needed of her

new employees are provided vrey high compensation - wheras employee retention could be done at a fraction of that cost

They are empathetic and respond to employee queries - and do provide a lot of support. would love to see that support in terms of remuneration too - across teams.

market compensation - Comp and Ben is living at least 10 years back. basic regular increment for all employees - differentiated increment to performers. currently no one is given an increment
