The values that every person encourages and practices every day. Work environment is really great in professional areas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some people within the same grade are getting paid more than me. I would say targeted increases are very important. I haven't received a competitive salary adjustment in 2 years.
