What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO, allowance, even the basic salary. All of it, actually.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am looking forward for more achievement and learnings on a daily basis. Helping out my internal and external client, even my colleague made me happy as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Conduent shows us the goal, the mission and vision even during the onboarding process. I was shocked because the people here really know all of this by heart. Everyone is kind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the only Company I've been with for so long, mainly because they truly value their people. No wonder why most of the employees were still here for more than a decade.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know with the others but I am blessed by having a great group, or should I say the best Team/Group. They will train you without this being intimidated, they will support you all the way and they will acknowledge/recognize your effort no matter how small or big.
