What are some of the best things about your team?
we are the best team in EMEA region that is what I see and believe. All TA teams in EMEA are always incredibly supportive of each other, no matter which country, language or culture we are from. It is a great evil to see this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the incredible inflation in Turkey, the minimum wage has increased by more than 100% in the last 2 years, besides, the exchange rate difference between euro and TL has incredibly upset the social life balance of people livingin Turkey. Although my salary increased last year, this isnt enough
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are 12 people in my team and there are divorced people, non-believers, homosexuals, headscarves and that's why when I introduce my team, I always say that we are a team like a rainbow and I am really proud of this. I like this diversity the most because this is the general culture ofour compan
What makes you most happy at work?
Business should not see the TA team as a machine or a factory, what we can do as TA is to be able to move forward with the classes or be aligned with business. It is always whatever they say, whatever reqs they open, and we always seem to fail because it is above our capacity.
