we are multicultural, everyone is very good in their own field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We serve multilingual / multicultural, very different sectors. Our corporate side is very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately, salaries are always a problem and never resolved. Even if the problem is solved, it is too late. then we are again fighting with salaries again.analyses, calculations and results/approval take too long. No foresight at all.
