What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Plenty of avenues for communication and interaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss communicates Great! I do not really know the rest of management. I hope they are as wonderful as My Manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and my management and team are quick to help if I need assistance. Overall I am happy but I would like to not have to work two jobs to support myself and my kids.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is great! My team collaborates and communicates, of course you do have those few that don't work as hard as you. We also try to be a family although we are all remote. Our manager does her best to create this community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay is not competitive to the National average, and I was not informed I would not be receiving a raise. I've never worked for a company that did not give annual raises. Insurance already takes a portion of our compensation along with taxes. Its hard to fill positions because of pay.
