Flexibility and the managers do not micro-manage.

The sense of team spirit, people are helpful. We share knowledge and experiences.

The open door policy, they are very prompt and supportive, we have mutual trust.
What makes you most happy at work?
taking care of my clients needs i.e. hiring the right candidates in the shortest time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for 10 years now. I was brought in at a lower rate and have never been allowed to catch up to the rate at which my peers are paid. I have proved myself to be valued employee time and again. I always receive stellar reviews but I am still paid way less than my co workers
