For my very first BPO job, I am truly impressed by many things. The environment is great, some of the benefits are okay but there is room for improvement. My biggest issue is the pay which is really low compared to our competitors and its making it harder to convince persons to join our family.

Seeing candidates successful in their interviews and acquiring a job.

They are helpful, motivating, driven, dedicated and focused on making Conduent great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They persons are hardworking, helpful and committed. The environment is also mainly comfortable and clean.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my experience I feel that my region is underpaid and undervalued despite the quality of work we put in. The pay range is also very unattractive to persons who heard great things about the company and wants to be apart of the Conduent family. A pay raise would boost our morality.
