We always talk to each other as it has to be. We understand each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although the fact that decisions were taken slowly, they always listen to their team and implement the best option to solve something or make it better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the competitors we are almost 6-7 months a year behind of them. The last two year, we complained (end of december/january) in Turkey about our compensation. Something has changed but it has had an effect in May. First 3 months were gone, we are too slow.
