Teamwork mindset and we're all results oriented, we like to provide excellent results to leadership, we always try to learn and help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has been no salary increases for long time, despite the workload having increased these past years, work is being more and more demanding every day, but we still manage to improve results, metrics, KPIs, etc. Merit increases based on performance and annual increases will make a difference.
