I wake up grateful every day to work for Conduent. It's not perfect; no place is. But I am blessed to be well paid, to have interesting and challenging work, to work with talented and hardworking colleagues, and to feel relatively secure in a society in which job security is not the norm.

I am thrilled to be here, and I hope I will be here for a long time. I love my coworkers and my boss and the company culture and my salary. I wish there were better health plans to choose from.

My salary is the best part of my compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that they are ethical people who care about their employees. They seem to walk the talk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so willing to help each other and the company succeed. They are almost without exception collaborative, not competitive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is my salary, because I believe I am compensated at least as well or slightly above the market rate for my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been impressed by actions congruent with words in upholding the values of ethical behavior, diversity and inclusion, working hard to do what is right for clients, and being a responsible corporate "citizen."
What are some of the best things about your team?
Without exception, they are hardworking, talented, intelligent, kind, and always willing to help. This team of eight, including my manager, impress me more than any team I've ever worked with in my 40 years in the work world.
What makes you most happy at work?
What gives me the greatest happiness in my work is that my boss empowers and trusts me to do my job and is flexible about how I get it done. She gives me opportunities to shine. Highly motivating!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't possibly say enough good things about my team. They work very hard. They care about each other and are intrinsically motivated to do a great job. They are intelligent, always eager to help, innovative, collaborative, just good people.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the happiest is the opportunity to use my best assets and be recognized and rewarded for those contributions. The interest and challenge of the work and the people I get to work with, including my boss, are also huge factors in my happiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The aspect of company culture that I feel is most positive is Conduent's commitment to diversity and inclusion. They walk the talk, as a member of the LGTBQ+ community, it means so much to me that I can bring ALL of my self to work without fear. This is extremely motivating to me.
