I love the work of helping the government upgrade technology.

Work/life balance and appreciation of personal needs/environments such as being off camera unless necessary.

I appreciate the transparency of the executive leadership team. I wish that transparency cascaded to my more direct leadership.

Unlimited PTO is the best part and very attractive to new employees. This is one of the main reasons I chose to work at Conduent.

My team specifically has a very unique composition of talent. Experience, education, and practical application of the skills represented by our client makes us extremely successful.

My boss is not skilled in this area of work, lacks professionalism, and lacks leadership experience for a team of senior professionals. This makes for an uncomfortable working environment and toxic team culture.

Please see my other responses. I am repulsed by my manager and the project that I am on. Conduent does not look good to the client due to poor project management, ineffective communication, and inefficient processes.

My team colleagues are some of the most talented people I have ever worked with and we are all underutilized and micromanaged unnecessarily by a poor leader. We are capable of managing our work independently and collaborating with each other to get the job done.

Being a part of the Employee Impact Groups is a wonderful way to engage with others in the company. I am disappointed that the philosophy behind that is not strictly adhered to in management oversight as my manager is incredibly ill-equipped for DEI and unaware of their impact on their diverse staff

I am underutilized for the talents and skills I bring to the company. I am treated like an underling even though I have many years of experience. I should be compensated much higher than I am for the slack I pick up for my manager who is ill-equipped to do their job.
