Paychecks continue to arrive. Most people are willing to try to delight the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One .09% increase in 8 years is not incentivizing. At latest town hall the repeated message of do the right thing and you will be rewarded felt like the executive leadership team knows they are at the end of the rope. In the trenches, no one is buying this message.
