Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Conduent has never issued a cost of living increase in the US and compensation increases are extremely rare, generally only coming attached to significant promotions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a truly global team and we take time to appreciate the cultures and backgrounds of all our associates. Everyone is very understanding about working flexible hours to encompass many time zones.
