I must say it is being home for many years and there is not point that it delays salary. Good work environment. I would highly recommend to others if there is growth in salaries and opportunities. In my opinion, it would be great if there are Increments.

no delay in crediting salaries, 5 days of work, co-operative in kind of situations.

work should be encouraging by paying them well and by giving opportunities to grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
verbal or any kind of recognition, no salary increments for pilot project batch. It would be good if my salary raise every year for being in a reputed organisation.
