My work pays mine and my family bills, I don't complain about how much I get paid but the conditions the work environment at Conduent Guatemala is very toxic, transphobic, homophobic classist and full of nepotism. We have lack of A/C, good transportation, clean stations and food vendors' access.

LGBTQI+ inclusion is non existing at Conduent Guatemala, you can improve by following up on the HR claims about this subject, educating manager and executive teams about it and applying the disciplinary measures according to the Conduent rules internal policy.
