everyone helps each other and looks out for each other even though we are all in a virtual team
To have happy customers at the end of the call, would be happier if I had a clear promotional path
Need to get better at providing growth opportunities for the people at the lowest levels of the company and to care about them as well instead of just seeing them as pawns on a chess table. It is frustrating to see a company that is rated so high as a good company not caring about their worker bees.
$16/hr and hired as a full time worker barely covers your bills, when they then cut your hours to 30/week for over 2 months you can not make it work. When you are hired as full time you should be allowed to work full-time and not forced to cut your hours and not being able to make ends meet
