What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trying all the options to bring back the company to its past glory!! I am sure all the efforts will yield fruits by the year 2025 and Conduent will be back and doing things great as it does always!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued, but been in the company for long has created a situation were the compensation of new joiners are way much above the resources who are in the company for long. Parity check is needed and market correction has to be done to bring all resources on par within their levels.
