Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
based on the amount of work and feels the salary levels are lower for internal employee's than new hires
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is a team work effort on different areas. We are able to assist and support each other as we are all connected
