At least read our messages, emails, chats. He is always busy with more important things. does not follow through
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. No interest in helping us, no follow up on our requests. They send information and require actions inmediatly with out providing support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Agents make more than supervisors. There should be anual review to increase salaries, prices everywhere go up, and we do not get any chance to improve our income. all leaders above supervisors are hired from outside, giving us no room to grow.
