Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having no Employee Recognition Program for those employees that exceed company expectations and go over and above in the job performance. Compensation should be on a higher scale in startup employee. A company invests in employees for training, you would want a company who wants to retain them.
