As a new employee, I am hopeful my experience with the company will exceed my expectations. I take pride in my work and expectations were set in the beginning, however, not the case when schedules were completed. Not consistent in hiring process/comparison to when hired. No Recognition Program.

Working together for success of the client and team. Team building is imperative to continue in the success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having no Employee Recognition Program for those employees that exceed company expectations and go over and above in the job performance. Compensation should be on a higher scale in startup employee. A company invests in employees for training, you would want a company who wants to retain them.
