I honestly love this company and my coworkers. I wish I could actually have KPIs that would guarantee a compensation increase if met. I wish I had more control over my role and not be told I'm getting promotions with no increases in compensation. It's disheartening.

My direct team is very cohesive and works well together. We are all different and have different strengths and experiences that we use to strengthen our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been an employee for almost 4 years and have received no increases, despite increases to cost of living and exceeding expectations every year in my employee reviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is extremely supportive, and we work well together. We also know our manager has our backs, so we feel empowered to think outside the box and try new things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the organization for several years and have never received a raise, whether for cost of living nor for performance. I contributed > 50% of the savings requirement from our customer on behalf of our whole team of over 100 people for multiple years and still did not receive a raise.
