Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe in fair wage, I love what Conduent does & it is my way of giving back in a way. I could go get another job that pays better doing the same kind of work but I don't feel as though they have the values that Conduent does. I feel as though Conduent could pay us better ($18-$19/hr).
