As a C08 employee with a 41 year tenure, I am embarrassed at what is happening to a small segment of the business in Transportation that I am a part of. It is unbelievable that our business segment has gone from a market leader to an "also ran". It is shameful.

If you can't say something positive, keep your mouth shut. Accordingly I don't have anything to say
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is all around me and I have not seen a pay raise in 4 or 5 years
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only reason I stay at Conduent is not company culture , pay or Benefits. It is the people I work with and I like the product.
