Very bad company because any time your facilities like health insurance can be removed. You will not get any salary increment untill you retire . Nobody cares about you in this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please increase parental health insurance .Leadership Team should be considering salary hike of at lease Rs100 every year especially in a country like India where inflation is too high. Also should avoid giving 2 times salary for the same level if they are recruited from other firm
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company is less considering the employees in any way(eg Insurace for parants is removed) so the coworkers feel indifferent.If that facility was not there initially then it is ok. If you removing a facility you provided earlier it give negative feedback. Similarly Salary hike they are feeling exosted
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A person coming from another company get twice or more as salary in the same team with the same skills.If there is atlease 3 to 5% hike it will help us to meet the increase in expense due to inflation.Help to to retain good resource in the same company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee should feel they are considered like other companys , when other companies give salary hike this company should also give it. Otherwise we will lose the good talent to other company and left with people with less talent and skill which become a less productive team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no salary hike. At same time in same level a person joining from another company has 2 times or more salary . This tend us to move out of company earliest. So good resources will be lost . When there is more health insurance for Parants we will be more secured to work as risk is less
