Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There i no yearly Hike from fast 5 years, the company should provide salary increments on yearly basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager's leader are always supportive and encourage me to achieve my goals and they are the best leader.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont see positive culture in the company, only my management will create positive culture by arranging team bulilding acitivies and picnics frequesntly.
