In the 5 years I have been here, I have been thoroughly challenged and have grown in my field. Things have gotten easier, but we are still not growing. The layoffs have shaken my confidence, but I continue to do my best in spite of the fear of losing my job.

The work is comfortably challenging without being too hard.

Being able to work from home and having managers that are understanding of the nature of life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that my wage is higher than what competitors might be giving for a similar job title.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are compassionate and understanding. They work hard to give us the help we need, when we need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked with my team here and at a previous company. They are knowledgeable, hard working, cooperative people I wouldn't trade for any other.
