Knowing that I can support and collaborate with my teams and provide solutions to each project and deliver on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel valued bc I think they don't recognize my effort & abilities. I have not received a salary increase yet after more than 2 yrs.
